What is the Professional Dilemmas Paper?
This section differs significantly from most medical exams that focus on assessing clinical knowledge. It closely resembles the Situational Judgement Test previously required for applying to the Foundation Program. The Professional Dilemmas Paper is designed to assess non-technical skills, focusing on three core competencies: Professional Integrity, Coping with Pressure and Empathy and Sensitivity.
