Case Background
Mrs. Patel, a 45-year-old woman, is admitted to the gastroenterology ward with complaints of upper abdominal pain, nausea, and occasional vomiting and dizziness. After initial investigations and optimal treatment for H.Pylori infection at her GP, her symptoms have recurred. Your consultant recommends an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy (OGD) to evaluate the cause of her symptoms and biopsy.
