Scenario 3: At weekly departmental teaching a number of medical staff expressed their concerns of taking blood from lines due to not feeling confident in the procedure. You create a questionnaire to acquire data on the problem. After viewing the results you help design a simulation session with the help of the Medical Education department and your clinical supervisor. After the session you send out the questionnaire again to assess improvement.
